Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and the quotes you request through it, in plain English.
Effective date: 9 October 2026
Our role
Private Jet to Cabo is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. Private Jet to Cabo is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. We source aircraft, gather prices from operators and help you book; the operating carrier runs the flight and answers for it.
Guidance, not guarantees
Flight times, ranges, rates, drive times and seasonal notes on this site are estimates to help you plan. Weather, aircraft, operators, airports and entry rules all change them. Nothing on these pages is an offer to fly at a given price.
Quotes and bookings
Our quotes are proposals. You have a booking only after you sign a charter agreement and complete the payment it requires. Before you sign, we tell you which operating carrier will hold operational control, and the agreement sets out the aircraft, schedule, price, payment terms and cancellation terms.
Availability and permits
Aircraft and times are confirmed by the operator at booking and may be taken by others before then. International flights also depend on the permits and approvals the operator obtains for the trip.
Taxes and fees
Every quote states what it includes. Depending on the route, that can include US and Mexican taxes and fees, airport and handling charges, crew expenses, de-icing on departure in winter, catering and Wi-Fi. Anything excluded is shown separately.
Cancellation
Cancellation and change terms are those in the charter agreement for your trip. Please read them before you sign.
Travelers' responsibilities
Please give accurate passenger, luggage and pet information, carry valid passports and any other documents Mexico and the US require, and follow the crew's and authorities' instructions.
Liability
We aim to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates; liability that the law does not allow to be limited is not affected. The operating carrier is responsible for the operation of your flight under the charter agreement.
Use of the site
Use the forms for genuine travel requests, do not disrupt the site, and do not reuse its content commercially without permission.
Which law applies
New York State law, together with the federal law of the United States, governs these terms. We may update them; the version on this page applies from its effective date.
