Who we are

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet to Cabo. In this policy, "we" refers to Charter Jet One acting for Private Jet to Cabo. Private Jet to Cabo is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

Information we receive

Only what the quote form sends: the name, email address and phone number you enter; details of the trip such as departure airport, travel dates, number of guests and your notes; your choice on the optional offers box; the address of the page that referred you, where your browser provides it; and any campaign labels in the link that brought you here.

We do not take payments or passport scans through this site. When a booking goes ahead, passenger and passport details for the flight are collected separately, because the operator and the border authorities need them.

How it is used

We use it to price your Cabo trip and reply with options; to book and organize the flight with the operator if you go ahead; and, where you have ticked the optional box, to send occasional Cabo offers and empty legs. That box starts unticked, and you can opt out whenever you like.

Sharing

We pass your details to the operator quoting or flying your trip and to the service providers that help us quote and book, including email and hosting services. They use the information only for those tasks. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

We keep records while your request or trip is in progress, and afterwards only as long as we must for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Then we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

Access, correction and deletion

Write back to any email from us, or use the notes in the quote form, to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or to have it deleted. We may first confirm that the request is yours.

Cookies

The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and no cookies beyond those strictly needed to display it. Our typefaces come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers them.

Security

Requests are encrypted in transit and seen only by the people working on your trip. Please do not include card numbers in the notes.

Children

This site is for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children here; details of children flying with you are gathered only for a confirmed booking.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes apply only to information collected after they take effect.
